Ms. Campbell has 24 years of total business management experience. She is also a successful small business owner. She worked on government programs from 1984-2000 with TRW Inc. – a very large company for defense, automotive, and financial customers. With the merger of TRW, Inc. into Northrop Grumman, Ms. Campbell left big business to form her own companies, starting with IT GlobalSecure, Inc. in 2000 (a business services firm) and Urban Revivals LLC (a woman-owned small business) in 2002. Upon her move to Greensboro MD in late 2006, Ms. Campbell left Urban Revivals LLC to provide an advisory role only. She has continually provided accounting, financial, and benefits administration support to IT GlobalSecure and to its customers. She looks forward to making new customers in the Eastern Shore Area through Caroline Commerce and Computing.

Work Experience
2000 – 2008. (IT GlobalSecure Inc, DBA: Caroline Commerce),  Co-Owner
Ms. Campbell manages the day-to-day matters associated with her business and many business operations tasks for her clients. Her work includes: invoicing, accounts receivables/payables, monitoring of late payments, writing of contracts, sales orders, and purchase orders. She also handles payroll matters, including generation of W2s and filings via the State of Maryland Bfile system. She handles Federal and State filings for income tax, payroll taxes, unemployment, and sales and use taxes. She handles set-up, renewals, claims, and employee changes for benefits administration, to include HMO, PPO, HSA, and HRA health plans. She also handles reconciliation of banking and merchant service (credit card) transactions, and the generation of all sales reports, profit/loss statements, and balance sheet statements. She works regularly with legal or accounting staff (for outside audits) as needed.

She is familiar with all tax forms associated with C Corporations, S Corporations, LLCs, Trusts, sole proprietorships and non-profit entities, as she was directly responsible for filing these forms for IT GlobalSecure or its affiliates or her clients.

During this period, she manages anywhere from 2-10 staff supporting IT GlobalSecure product sales to over 600 customers in 22 countries.

Ms. Campbell implements business office improvements needed for growth. This includes applications such as:  Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, accounting packages, inventory management, and fulfillment solutions for shipment of international sales, including compliance with all import-export regulations. Ms. Campbell has an extensive working knowledge of Goldmine Sales and CRM tools, QuickBooks, Quicken, TurboTax, MS PROJECT, MS SQL CRM database solutions, Yahoo stores, RTML programming, PHP, interactive customer services, and merchant processing solutions of all kinds.

Doing business on the web? Ms. Campbell is an e-commerce expert, familiar with all modern techniques for web site development and search engine optimization (SEO). She can assist any company with improving its sales conversion rates, and in realizing a much improved return-on-investment (ROI). She is familiar with the implementation and monitoring of advertising programs through Google Gbase and Sitemaps, Froogle, Overture, Yahoo, DMOZ, Shopping.com, and assorted online rating services. Through her efforts, IT GlobalSecure maintained 5-star Yahoo customer service ratings, and high marks on Open Ratings from the General Services Administration.

Ms. Campbell provides basic network and computer administration services to her clients. . Much as she does for her own office, Ms. Campbell can add or remove application software, computers, or peripherals. She also ensures systems undergo daily backup and are protected via firewalls and anti-virus software. Ms. Campbell takes all measures to ensure the accuracy, privacy, and integrity of her office applications and data.

2003 – 2006. Urban Revivals LLC Founder (www.urbanrevivals.com)
Urban Revivals is a specialty woman-owned services firm for architectural ornament in the Washington DC area, specifically serving homes built from 1890 to 1940. Ms. Campbell founded the company to respond to the rapid gentrification occurring in Dupont and Logan Circles in downtown DC. Services included restoration work unique to these old houses, as well as building custom hardwood gates (shipped all across the USA sold at http://store.gates2u.com ). Urban Revivals's work was featured in the Washington Post, Washington Times and Washingtonian magazine. Ms. Campbell ceased direct management of Urban Revivals LLC in 2006 upon her move to the Eastern Shore, and provides business advisory support to the gate sales portion of the business only (as of 2008).

1999-2000, TRW, Inc. (now Northrop Grumman) Telecommunications Sales Accounts Manager, U.S. Treasury Telecommunications Contracts
As Sales Accounts Manager for the U.S. Treasury Communications System (TCS) and its services ($150M sales per annum) for secured Frame Relay/ATM, and Internet services. Ms. Campbell managed sales for Wide Area Network and Managed Internet services, including web hosting, messaging, VPNs /Extranets, application gateways, e-commerce services, security vulnerability assessments, and PKI technology integration. Ms. Campbell managed all scheduling issues associated with rollout of services to TCS clients.

1998-9, TRW, Inc. (now Northrop Grumman) Program Manager – Internet Modernization, U.S. Treasury
As Program Manager, Ms. Campbell led the modernization of the Treasury Internet architecture and its managed services (for messaging and Internet transactions), with full operational capability attained in September 1999. This enormous effort occurred on time and on budget. Her staff fielded two million dollars of new equipment yielding higher capacity, increased reliability, rapid scalability, and improved security for user base of 250,000+ users.

1996-8, FAA Chief Scientist for Free Flight Programs (TRW Contractor)
As Free Flight Phase One Chief Scientist for Air Traffic Control Systems at the Federal Aviation Administration, Ms. Campbell led FAA sessions to upgrade security measures to ensure privacy while allowing cooperative data sharing between FAA, DEA, FBOs, and private aviation industry.

1994-6, Engineering and Department Manager, INFOSEC Programs (TRW Contractor)
Ms. Campbell was Engineering Manager for a Government INFOSEC program with $25M annual sales for B2-level trusted collaborative mail and PC/video conferencing at 60 sites with 500+ users. She directly managed 90 staff members, was responsible for hiring, subcontractor management, schedules, work package creation, and management reporting.

1991-4, Department Manager, Classified Programs (TRW Contractor)
Prior to that, Ms. Campbell, TRW Advanced Systems Business Development Manager, was responsible for capturing over $20M+ in awards for signals processing and satellite programs with direct staff of 45 engineering and support personnel.
